Cctv Footage Shows Man Brutally Assaulting a Woman with a Metal Object Inside a Bar

The man seen assaulting a woman in CCTV footage posted online this morning has surrendered to police. The suspect surrendered to Arouca Police at 11:30am with the victim. Police are investigating an incident in which a woman was beaten by an unidentified man and stuck with what appears to be a metal object. CCTV footage of the incident was posted online last night and the man’s actions have been widely condemned. The video’s timestamp indicates that the incident took place on November 5, around 3:07 pm.
